Break off the diet for a week and then start it up again. That will
make it easier to tolerate. Glad to hear you have a surgery date. I was
self pay and it has been worth every penny. It was not just a life
changing surgery but a life saving surgery for myself and for my wife,
Virginia, She has been a miracle. Was on high flow oxygen 24/7 and
living in a wheelchair when she was banded and six months post banding
she came off her oxygen and walked out of her wheel chair. Her
congestive heart failure was so improved by her weight loss that I got
to keep her with me and now she walks on my arm. Life is good and we
love our bands.
