I sent out an e-mail about a wek ago, as I have been doing research on shipped sperm. Fresh Sperm that has been placed in a sterile container with no buffer solution will dramatically lose it's fertilization potency with in 60 minutes. Shipping of any kind really needs either a buffer solution if you are semi-local and the sperm will be deposited in a relativly short period of time and only be cooled and there is a different type of prep solution that needs to be used if the sperm is going to be frozen to maintain any amount of fertilization potency what so ever.

Sperm put into a freezer is useless. Clinics use a solution to protect the sperm during freezing and shipping. If you don't believe it, spend a little money on a decent microscope and check the sperm out. None of it will be viable.

Hi, Don't use frozen sperm unless it is prepared by a reproductive clinic. There are certain processes and special shipping equipment that needs to be used.
