i know you will be so very busy,but try to find 20 min. to meditate. lay down thing of a nice place you would like to be,beach,or field of wild flowers. and just thing good thoughts.
i would say do it for 1 hr. , but girl you will be busy. good luck. feel good about who you are. you are a nice person...BELIEVE IT!

My spring semester starts toworrow.....glad that classes are once
again in session. I'll be extremely busy, thats a good thing that way I
have no time to think about alot of other stuff. But I am nervous cause
all of my classes are 3 hrs long which means 9hrs mon-thurs. My eyes
and hands are going to be extremely tired....all are studio classes. I
only hope I dont get very stressed.....thats not a good thing for me in
