really in southwest virginia there isn't much of an option other then cumberland and they let the vt massacare happen without doing anything to stop it but on the caffine thing i get migraines if i stop drinking it plus get very cranky.... i'm on .25 mg xanax right now, but i think it needs to be made stronger though and cumberlands is responsable for my brother n law being dead right now and that keeps my wife torn up real bad right now she's in a sibling's greif group to try and get help with that issue. she was a child raising a child because her parents would not deal with him because he was severley mr.

stay away from sugar and caffine. cut down on caffine slowly.
