please get out even if you don't like it. push yourself, than push yourself some more.
if you don't anxiety will just get worst...you know you don't want that!!!
i know how tough this is believe me...this will take alot of guts, but DO IT!
Laci, I had the same thing happen to me. My hubby acted like "I
don't know what's wrong with you, but you need to chill out" I
wanted to choke him. He knows what's wrong with me. I needed to get
the h#ll out of there! Afterwards I vowed I was never going in a
store with him again. Two weeks later he made me go to walmart with
him. I kept saying " I am NOT going shopping with you after the way
you treated me last time." We went anyway, because I don't drive and
he was driving. No choice. But I did better that time. I
sympathize with you.

> So I'm at the store with my husband right and I start feeling
shaky and my stomach started feeling bad and I was like ok hun I
don't feel good I think I might be getting a panic attack. He
then proceeded to get all pissed off saying I am always like that.
This is what I do everytime I leave the house. He treated me like an
idiot for having something wrong that I couldn't control. I am on
a new medication that is not quite working yet. But he is always like
this why can't he ever understand?!
