You don't have to walk to exercise. Yoiu can do swimming if there is
andoor pool nearby and you can also work out at the gym with lots of
equipment sitting or lying down keeping your boot on the entire time.
Doing crunches is a lying down activity and so are leg lifts and doing
individual weights for your arms. Only the swimming would be cardio but
the others would give you more strength and work on your abdomen to
reduce it or would firm up your arms and shoulders.
Don't be too depressed and just move on to exercise that you can do.
Sounds like Sandy McCoy or even me using the non-mobile excuse to put
off all exercise. LOL
