It does not clear it up as it muddies the water. Ingrid wroteL: "As far as I understand it's not unethical to help a pet to get improvements.

To clear up ;-)Cindy, you wrote:"...and ingrid - i have no idea where you got its unethical for people to have their dogs on ldn. Both my dogs are on ldn -its certainly isn't unethical. most drugs that pets get are "off label" they are human drugs that are used for certain problems for animals. it is not mainstream for sure but it defiantly won't hurt them. One of my dogs has pre-cancerous lesion removed and the other one many allergies a screwed up immune system and I feel like it certainly won't hurt him"....As I wrote to answer another person:"...If someone has a childwith MS, Crohns, Hepatitis, Ulcerative Colitis and want advice, they areof course welcome to ask if LDN could be any help for them. LDNalso works for pets, if its ethical or unethical giving your dog LDNis another discussion and therefor has to be discussed in anotherplace than here. As far as I understand it's not unethical to help a petto get improvements" .I have pets myself. I would not at all have no doubt about giving them LDNif they had a disease that would need med's like LDN or LDN- I have also suggestedfor a person some weeks ago in here to give her cancer sick dog LDN.But I would even discuss this with my vet, just to be sure of the doses and so one.Doses for dogs or cats are often not the same as for humans, and med's for dogsand cats could also differ. As far as I understand.I still think that a discussion about the ethics around giving an animal should bediscussed in another forum than this one. And just to say it again: I don't thinkit's unethical giving an animal med's that also suits for animals to help them.I love my two Norwegian Forest Cats, I would do a lot for them if they were sick.I would like to thank you Cindy, for the great job you, your son and your husband isdoing for us all, I have seen almost all video cuts and can't wait to watch the rest whenit's done. :-)With all my best,Ingrid

could I chime in please. This site is for LDN -there are other groups for other discussions. we have a ldn support group and on and on-many groups have branched off from here. there are some discussions about suppliments because everyone here has good information -and ingrid - i have no idea where you got its unethical for people to have their dogs on ldn. Both my dogs are on ldn -its certainly isn't unethical. most drugs that pets get are "off label" they are human drugs that are used for certain problems for animals. it is not mainstream for sure but it defiantly won't hurt them. One of my dogs has pre-cancerous lesion removed and the other one many allergies a screwed up immune system and I feel like it certainly won't hurt him. My dogs also take omega fatty acids (nordic naturals omega threes for pets) --its just not as mainstream but just as important. There are dogs that get a disease that looks just like ms- imagine if you could turn those dogs around with ldn.Because skip and I deal with many veterinarians and because we are so active in ldn -when they go to our website they get curious -so its the same people power that brought ldn to the people could bring ldn to the dogs.

Not only the medication, but alsothe dosing, the time to take it, the vitamins and otherhelpful things to use in conjuction to it. If someone has a childwith MS, Crohns, Hepatitis, Ulcerative Colitis and want advice, they areof course welcome to ask if LDN could be any help for them. Dont tell anyone this site is only about LDN.
I have read about vitamins, bee stings and about
anything else you can think of on this site. It is
also suppose to be a MS site but people ask the same
stupid questions and talk about ldn for their kids and
pets.
So DONT tell anyone they cant post about another
therapy if they chose. IT IS A PUBLIC BOARD!
