Thanks Sandy, I will try some of the suggestions that you mentioned
with the protein. The reason I have had only 2 fills is because I
was in a car accident shortly after my first fill and was advised by
my regular doctor not to have anymore fills until I healed a little
from the injuries I suffered in the accident. Thanks again for
everyones advice, it inspires me to get motivated!

not wonder that you are not feeling restriction. Next, I don't know
why you are having 4 shakes a day plus food. I would recommend
giving up all the shakes and eating your protein as solid protein so
it will stay with you longer. It sounds like you are getting way
too much calories and proteins to ever lose weight. I would
recommend doing some of these things and seeing if the band REALLY
doesn't "work" for you.
