Gary, Why don't you try not worrying about
restriction and all that stuff. Weigh and measure
everything you eat, and eat, JUST THAT.Everything else
has to be liquid, and only 1 of anything. Take it one
hour at a time, one meal at a time,and just follow
directions. Do this for 3 days and then check to see
if your clothes are getting looser. Do not get on the
scale!!! That'll make you crazy. Last week, after
my 3rd fill I got on the scale for my md and foundthat
I am not in the 180's,188. Well, I've been very
excited, BUT, evidently I got scared at such a low
number (for me) so I've been eating...ah!
and vomit!!!!! Well,today I am back to the beginning
regiment: weigh and measure, write it down, no scale
for me!!! Will weigh at my WLS doctor at my next
fill. Good luck....just try what I suggested for
even 1 day...you'll get over being hungry. We're all
hungry at one point or another,for one reason or
another... gaild
