Or you could do one butterfly design with different
crystals or gem stones imbedded in the body to signify
pound loss increments (5 lbs/emerald, 10lbs/ruby, 25
lbs/sapphire, 100 lbs/diamond, 200 lbs/double diamond,
etc). You could load up the charm bracelet and watch
the pounds flutter away....
