I, too, was resurfaced by a smart, caring doc enthusiastic about resurfacing - but with fewer than 20 under his belt at the time. I did trust him, for I realized how inundated with patients he was and that many were coming to him for revisions of surgeries by other docs. I trusted him completely, and was not disappointed one bit. Am doing great at 3 months.
I have noticed some surface hippies on this website who have had problems - and their docs were the ones who had done the most resurfacing. Just to play devil's advocate.
