Hello Sara, how are you? This is a good site to visit for encouragement. Then there is God, He will definitely help you to become more positive in thoughts and actions, this I can promise you. Last year, I was negative in my thoughts, and I knew this was not like me. I was so positive, messing with people, having fun, then I all of a sudden started thinking negative. Once I got tired of it, I started praying again, askin God to change my negative attitude towards everything, and once I put forth the effort, God backed it, by making me positive again, the thoughts and actions disappeared, now I feel so much better, you should give a try, I bet it works!!
