Why haven't you gotten regular fills during the last nine months? Getting fills is what will get you restriction and it takes 3-4 fills for most folks to get to good restriction. Also, why are you drinking so many protein shakes a day? You will stay full longer if you eat solid protein. The band works, but you have to work with the band. Sounds like the steriods have probably had an impact on your not losing also. Give the band a chance by building up your restriction, start visualizing yourself at goal, and think positive. We bring into our lives what we focus on, so focus on being successful, not a failure.
