Todd, can we assume your surgeon means that you should wait? PT at
some point would be very beneficial to your healing process.
Strengthening your muscles and working on getting back a proper gait
can be achieved in time by just walking but PT definitely speeds
things up and hones the process. Your circumstances may be unique? You
might ask for clarification at your next follow-up visit.
