Thanks for the support everyone! I think attacking the cholesterol
from every possible angle helped a lot: the regular exercise, salmon,
fat free milk vs 2% fat,the flax, Fiber One cereal, and black bean
puree did the trick. I was just hoping to drop maybe 10 points. But
since the band restricts how much I can eat, I guess I had a perfect
storm cholesterol-
went through a very painful breakup from a 2-year relationship, over
the holidays no less, I needed some good news. Being healthy and
looking sexy in my jeans are the best remedy for a broken heart:-)
Thanks again guys, just being there for me even 1500 miles away means
