before being aware of the risk of taking dairy, i always had whey
protein, as i weight train 3x a week.
Is it ok to replace the dairy 'whey protein' for 'pea protein' here is

Also im going to purchase some probiotics in capsule form, due to the
dairy in the yogurt drinks, but how much probiotic do i need per
