Visualisation always help us to keep focused on our Goals, however sometime the 'things' (DREAMS)  you wanted was not the real things you wanna get ,  try to change you dreams, it may help you to more focus on your Goals.
 
 Here are some key points to help you setting up your Goals, it must be :
   - Specific
 - Measureable
   - Attainable
   - Realistic
   - Timely

 does not stay focused...anyone has ADD and would like to share how they
