[surfacehippy] Moutain Biking

Hi, I am relatively new to this group and find all your comments
helpful. I am scheduled for BHR on Jan 30 (Dr Brown in Louisville). I
am 50, an avid mountain biker and skier, in pretty good shape. Have
still been riding a stationary bike in Spin classes a lot though it is
getting more painful all the time.

Any experience or advice on biking after surgery? Moutain bike
experience in particular would be appreciated although would like to
hear about anyone's experience with return to road biking or Spinning
classes.

Would like to hear from anyone with experience with Dr. Brown as well,
especially if it is positive!
