Hi all -
Have not posted much - sort of took "time off". I hit my current
weight about 6 months ago and went up and down the same 4 pounds. I
decided to make a last ditch effort for the 170 so I went in for a fill
yesterday. I had gotten too comfortable and came close to the 200 mark
so I decided to put more daylight between me and it. On liquids again
and not enjoying it but will work hard for that goal. Will have to
learn how to eat slow again. Wish me luck. Sandy N 320/195/170
