Okay so I'm new to the group, but I'm needing the support! Now that
I'm at 2.6 CC (down from 3.3 after some slippage, we started over at
empty, AUGHH!!) I'm finding I can eat anything and it's really
alarming. The holidays were a bust and I'm mean seriously my Old Navy
size 16's are filled to the brim, now I know why they call that style
curvy booty! Ha! I'm now working out more consistently, but I'm so
scared that the scales will continue to climb. What is everyone doing
to fight the cravings? Help!!!!!!!!
