Hi Cheri,
I get the premade EAS Advantage Shakes with 17g Protein, 110 cal. in
dark chocolate, chocolate fudge, french vanilla, and cafe caramel. I
don't like the strawberry. You can get them in Shop Rite and
Walmart... which is cheaper. I like adding 1/2 banana or some
strawberries or blueberries to the vanilla shake and blend it in my
Magic Bullet, which I love!
