Your concerns are valid...we didn't have any issues. By night 3,
our son was back to sleeping through the night (we didn't do
anything differently other than lighter PJ's). YOu may have to play
with clothing while your little one is adjusting. You will find
that it will go much better than you think it will. Our son has
been out of the helmet almost 10 months and he is right on target
developmentally, was happy in the helmet, ate the same, played the
same, etc. Our son was already in a Convertible carseat (Britax
Roundabout) but I think he would have been fine if he was still in
his infant seat (Graco Snugride) although I know some parents move
their child to the next carseat because they think it will be
better. Happy banding.
