I have a hard time staying focused on anything for very long. I set a time for myself to do something - 30 minutes - then take a break. An hour, if necessary, and then go and do something other for ten or fifteen minutes. Make a list of things you want to do or need to do. I am a procrastinator also which does not help. Sometimes it is as simple as accomplishing one small part of a task - sorting my bills from other paperwork. Then later sitting down to write checks. Steps make things easier to accomplish and you can still see results as you work through steps toward the end result. Don't try to do too much at a time - you lose focus and, for me, I get bored. See if this helps any.
