You can get some of the sugar free puddings and put a scoop of protein in it, or use string cheese, a teaspoon of peanut butter on a low fat melba toast, rolled up thin sliced ham or turkey, turkey vienna suasages, skim milk, yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, nuts, edanamie, or my favorite is low fat ricotta cheese mixed with no fat cream cheese, vanilla or lemon flavoring with a little low fat crushed graham crackers. It taste like cheesecake!!
