[surfacehippy] No Response From Dr Gross's Office

I wrote an email asking some questions to a member of Dr. Gross's staff
on January 14, 2007, and wanted to know where to send x-rays along with
some other questions, and never received a response. This concerns
me. This is my one of my first experiences with this office, and it
makes me wonder right away how things are handeled. I was told from
others they got a quick response. Are they so busy with surgery that
maybe they can't take new patients right now?
